Manchurian Candidate problem

I'm trying to make a back up of "The Manchurian Candidate" I'm using DVD Decryptor 3.5.4.0 and am having trouble. It may be due to a scratched surface of the disk. However, I dont see any scratches. This is a screen shot of the error I get:

Since this is a new movie I wasnt sure if it might be a copyright thing. However, I have a feeling it is a scratched disk or something. I dont see any scratches but maybe its something I cant see. Just wondering what you guys thought might be causing the error. This is the first error I ever got with DVD Decryptor, and I have done many many movies. So I was caught offguard when I found this error.

I cant get the screen shot to work I guess but the error says:

Thats everything that the error says.
