  1. Hi, i've just purchased SVCD2DVD and i'm having great fun with it. I just seem to be having a strange problem with menus that maybe someone can help me with...

I've been using SVCD2DVD2 RC8 to convert several DivX files onto a dvd with a nice little menu. I've noticed however that once i've selected a title from the menu i cannot return to the menu after that.

Any attempt to press the menu button results in the menu apearing briefly before starting to play the original selection again. This also happens at the end of the title, menu will flash on and the title will immediatly start playing again. The only way I can get back to the menu is by ejecting the disc and loading it again.

I'm using my Panasonic E50 to play the disc.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are you using the "Play All" feature?

Nothing has been flagged so far but there could be with that player. Can you try a menu without the "Play All" and report back?

  5. Ok tried a menu without a 'Play All' button and now it works perfectly. I also (by accident) didn't have any music on this menu so that could also be a factor.

My next disc which is encoding now has music and no 'Play All' button so hopefully this will solve the mystery.
