    Anyone can please suggest easiest way how to cut a couple of minutes from a .vob file so i can author and burn again?

    If you have VOBs in a DVD file structure then you can use DVDShrink to extract whatever you want. Or you can use any MPEG2 editor software also.

    Check out the tools section also for more details
