does anyone know how to beep out or mute word/s from a video file?

Demux audio and video (tmpgenc, virtualdub, etc) use ^ to beep/mute out naughty
words, then remux (if you have to). Many authoring programs will take seperate streams for input.

If you do find Multiquence V1.02, all you have to do is demux the video file, convert the audio file (AC3, MP2, ?) into a stereo WAV file, then use the volume controls to "blank-out" the objectionable part ... saving the file, and reconverting it back to AC3/MP2/? and re-muxing it back to the video.Originally Posted by dvdman24
