As pretty much of a newbie to converting i tryed to convert a high definition avi file i had. when i acturally finished the dvd had a lot of inconsistant glitchs depending on what i tryed it on (ps2, xbox and 2 dvd players)
In the end it came to me that i had encoded the either with a too high bit rate or something similar with the audio (mainly summerised buy most of the gliches being on fast action secquences).
What i'm asking is in the next version could there be some type of warning to advise people that the resulting dvd will proberly not work as i believe this would greatly help alot of beginners to encoding.
P.s i also thought i mention how much of a great program svcd2dvd is and hope the project to make better and easier dvd's continues
kind regards
tyront
