capture to pc ok - author/burn then out of sync

i have a winfast tv 2000 xp deluxe card
i am capturing analog tv from this to my pc.
i have captured successfully to the pc with no audio sync issues using various profile settings.
however when i try to author/burn using Nero Vision express or Ulead Videomagic 3 i am getting audio sync issues.

any ideas?

my main aim is simply to cap tv programs (PAL) in mpeg & then burn them to dvd to play in a standalone dvd player

Don't know if this will work for you, but my captures with another card using powervcr II result in mpegs that playback fine on my pc, but get out of sync upon authoring. I can fix the mpeg using pvainstrumento. Details found here:
