i need to know if this is possible, or am i missing something, or just out too lunch.
i have an mpg that is saved in PAL format. i want to convert it to ntsc using tmpgenc. when i do it now, the audio and video are in sync at the start, but at the end of the vcd they are out, video ends up ahead of the audio some 8 to 10 seconds.
my question is, if i convert in tmpgenc to ntsc, but leave the frame rate set for pal, will the final product still be ntsc compatible? ie using the ntsc profile in tmpgenc just manually turning back the frame rate to keep it the same was the original?
is this feasible?
thanks in advance,
Cdn
