    I am trying to convert a video.divx to video.avi, I keep getting "Error!". You're supreme knowledge will help this lost soul! Thanks for your time and patience!

    What app are you using? You should be able to just remux leaving out any advanced divx features like subs and menus.

    I tried using Diko and also Winavi to convert, both gave me errors. I'm far from expert or even close but have never run into this problem before. Thanks Celtic_druid!
