  1. I have copied a fullframe dvd and I want to convert it to widdescreen, I also want to keep extras and menus without deleting them. Can it be possible to reconstruct a dvd

    Yes, but you have a lot of work ahead of you if you want to do it well. To convert a 4:3 to a 16:9 the image top and bottom. If you just do this with a simple filter you will probably be choppping the tops off people's heads, removing eyes and making it unwatchable. It is harder to do than to make a 16:9 full frame. I think you will be disappointed with the results.

  3. got that much, the other thing is can I rebulid the menus so I have a full working dvd with the resized movie and keep all extras ect.

    This gets more technical and drifts outside my experience. You would need to look at something like IFOEdit or PGCedit and other similar tools that let you play around in the guts of the structure.

    Yes, it's possible. How much work is it - don't know.
