I have copied a fullframe dvd and I want to convert it to widdescreen, I also want to keep extras and menus without deleting them. Can it be possible to reconstruct a dvd

Yes, but you have a lot of work ahead of you if you want to do it well. To convert a 4:3 to a 16:9 the image top and bottom. If you just do this with a simple filter you will probably be choppping the tops off people's heads, removing eyes and making it unwatchable. It is harder to do than to make a 16:9 full frame. I think you will be disappointed with the results.
