    ive got a good little tool called mpeg4 modifier to convert the aspect ratios from 16.9 to 4.3 and it does it in about 3 minuites, but it will only work with xvid,avi does anyone know of a program or any other way to convert the aspect ratio on dvd and svcd.

    Actually MPEG4 modifer works with any MPEG4 avi, not just XviD.

    For DVD/SVCD there are several programs capable of changing the header such as ReStream.
