Not sure if there's a command line method. I usually just go through File > Import and Export in Internet Explorer.
Nothing can stop me now, 'cause I don't care anymore. -
thanks very much but is there ID in there about whos computer the cookies wld have come for..cos i did export and it created a text file in that text file wld there be ID of whos computer the cookies came from??

By default it's just called cookies.txt but when you Export it, you can choose the filename and name it whatever you want, including the username or their real name or anything else.
You SHOULD keep the .txt extension so it's easy to import it later.Nothing can stop me now, 'cause I don't care anymore. -
cheers, but inside what txt file when u open it.. isit likely to contain ID of the computer it was logged from say the computer was claled student or something would it come up with ID that someone would recognise it as being a certain persons??

I exported mine and I don't see any reference to my username in the .txt file. If you want it to be identifiable, you may want to make the username the filename.
