How often should I delete cookies? Does it help the web browser work faster if you do? I hate to have to put in password info all the time after I delete them.

I use AVG to delete my cookies. It seems to know which ones to delete. It has never deleted password cookies. (and that is a misnomer) Your passwords are not stored in cookies as far as I know.

Disable cookies globally. Then only enable cookies for the sites you trust that need them.

Just download Glary Utilities, free and really good application .... will also check the registry. You will more than likely find your computer runs faster after using it.
