I have a few cheap DVDs with too long & strange GOPs: PPPBBBPPPBBB (PAL, Interlaced, Frame Rate 25/49...?)
This is a new way to Copyright?
I want Recompress them to low bitrate (or) Editing them...
The Audio is standard AC3. After Rip (DVD Decrypter or DVD Shrink - NOT ENCRYPTED!) & Demux with ReJig - the Audio is normal, the Video is 49.9/25 longer. After 2xShorting - the Video is Chopped (as from WEB-Cam).
What is this? ---> or
