    Hi there ^_^

The GOPs are made closed or open during the encoding phase,
so you'll have to re-compress your video with your mpeg-encoder
    set to generate closed GOPs.

Hi Midzuki, thanks for the help

In that case i think i cannot do anything
What i want to do is a dvd re-authorig. I demuxed the dvd vobs to get the video and audio files (m2v and ac3). To do that i used PGCDemux, but when i put both the video and audio files into dvdlab pro i got a warning about open GOPs

Ignore that warning and go ahead. Closed GOPs are strictly-necessary
    only for multi-angle stuff.

If you are using version 2.x of DVD Lab Pro you can turn the warning off under

Project -> Properties -> Advanced Tab -> Untick Warn if Open GOP Detected
    Read my blog here.
