    I am looking to create some DVD menu effects and other video effects. I would like to take a video, or a "cut-and-paste portion" of a video, and resixe and move" it about the screen. For instance, I want to take a video, shrink it from say from 640x480 to say 160x120, and then Place it in the upper left corner of another 640x480 video...

    I can already use VEEDUB to create some effects, such as resizing a video with borders or adding logos/images over existing video, but I would like to be able to also resize the video image and then have full adjustment over left/right/upper/lower borders individually.

    Any assistance or suggestions will be appreciated.
