Hi al,
I have Premiere Pro with the Main Concept MPEG2 plug-in, and Canopus Procoder.
I have a PAL M2V stream that I want to add my "logo" at the bottom right corner and convert to NTSC using Canopus Procoder directly from PP's timeline - it integrates to Premiere Pro smoothly, I wish Vegas could do it.....
While it is clear for me that I have to choose "NTSC DVD" preset on Canopus Procoder, I'm unsure on how should I set the project settings on PP......
As my original video is PAL, I choosed "Main Concept PAL DVD Standard" preset at Premiere Pro, and then on the encoding step I chose "NTSC DVD" on mastering quality at Procoder;
Anyway, I'm not satisfied with the results, I have already gotten much better results on this conversion loading directly the PAL M2V stream on Procoder, but now as I want to add my logo, I need the PP step;
i'm afraid I haven't chosen properly the settings in PP, hence the not so good quality as I have gotten before.
May I adjust PP settings for NTSC, even if the stream is PAL ?
I'm confused,
Thanks,
Zetti
