Ok, posted this in a wrong thread earlier by mistake. This may be a symptom of what all the Resident Evil threads have gone on about. Try searching the forum for those threads, and try a few of those suggestions.

  6. This DVD have the new Sony ARccOS protection. DVD Decryter cannot be used at this moment to rip DVD's with this protection. The last version of AnyDVD v4.4.1.1 (beta) is suppose to rip this DVD.

  7. It seems that DVD Decryter have a fix for this protection. You can find the fix in this thread:

wfiguero is correct, you can use dvd decrypter to burn this. download that .psl file from his link, open up decrypter, Go to protected sectors list -> import and direct it to that file. Then point decrypter to where you want it to rip to, and let it do it's thing.

I've just tried AnyDVD 4.4.1.1 Beta and it worked fine with Clone DVD.
As other said, try to rip it with another DVD reader/writer. I had problems
ripping it with my HP DVD writer but it worked flawlessly with my LG DVD
    burner.
