  1. i capture using composite and while on msn this morning i pressed send webcam as a joke (i dont have a cam) and to my surprise the tv came on msn and my mate could see my tv lol. and i pressed audio and he could hear it. this is amazing i thought. My problem is, the tv jumps quite a bit. is there a way to turn down the quailty so i could make it go smooth?

    Just for the sake of giving you a response, I'll take a stab at this.

    You can't!

    If you think about it, even a webcam really only gives you about 10fps. Now you're trying to shove 30fps through the pipe. Somethings got to give.

  4. i wudnt mind 10fps

    its staying on 1 frame for ages then another frame then mite do about 5

    i think its cos webcams are 320x240 and my sky box is a lot higher

    can i lower the res wats going into pc
