i capture using composite and while on msn this morning i pressed send webcam as a joke (i dont have a cam) and to my surprise the tv came on msn and my mate could see my tv lol. and i pressed audio and he could hear it. this is amazing i thought. My problem is, the tv jumps quite a bit. is there a way to turn down the quailty so i could make it go smooth?

Please try not to "bump" your topic.
Replying to your own topic to get it to the top is annoying. Try to have some patience, this is a bulletin board, not IRC. It may take some time (e.g., one or two days) before someone can answer your query or question. -
Just for the sake of giving you a response, I'll take a stab at this.
You can't!
If you think about it, even a webcam really only gives you about 10fps. Now you're trying to shove 30fps through the pipe. Somethings got to give. -
i wudnt mind 10fps
its staying on 1 frame for ages then another frame then mite do about 5
i think its cos webcams are 320x240 and my sky box is a lot higher
