  1. i loaded my ntsc vobs into dvd2avi and used force film option, so it saved it at 23 fps and in tmpgenc used do not convert frame rate option. I used besweet to make my wav from 23fps to 25fps. But when i convert it in tmpgenc, everything is perfect except i can see the interlace lines. i am going from 720 x 480 to 352 x 576

    You probably made a mistake using DVD2AVI. It was unnecessary. Rip movie to one long VOB. Demux audio and video streams. Encode video direct in TMPGENC. Encode audio direct in BESWEET.
