OGM to AVI, problem with the video stream

when I try to extract the video stream in vdub mod, it finishes extracting the video in a few secs but the video file doesn't work. I ran it through OGMdemuxer and it tells me it doesn't beging with a valid header. How do I extract the video?

Sounds like the file is broken/corrupted. Does it play ok? If so then you should be able to remux via GraphEdit. Could also try playing with mplayer. If it works then you should be able to use mencoder to remux.
