875 is still considered to be the best Intel chipset including the 9xx chipsets. If you don't need PCI-E then I'd recommend the Asus P4C800 (either the Deluxe or -E Deluxe).

6 PCI slots? What are you putting in all those?
Nothing can stop me now, 'cause I don't care anymore.

I don't mean to pry, just wanted to know if any of those functions can be combined and the number of cards can be reduced. 6 PCI slots is quite a bit for today's motherboards.

You do know that case has NO power supply. You'll have to buy one.

If you have 6 PCI devices, 400W Should be absolute MINIMUM to buy, such as this:

    http://www.newegg.com/app/viewproductdesc.asp?description=17-159-023&DEPA=0

BTW, does it have to be an Intel ? I've been building P4 3.0s and AMD 64 3200 machines for the past month, and the AMD is faster, plus it runs cooler - much cooler than the P4. It's a great chip and a great price. Consider it.
