more then 1 show after authoring?

i have a a bunch of episodes from a show that i want to put onto a dvd-r. After using Cucusoft mpg to DVD author I use nero 8 burning ROM but i cannot figure out how to add more then one episode. idk if its just not possible and if it is can some one show me to a good program to merge them together into one file.

Also after i have created a dvd it gets stretched and the only way i can fix this is manually on the dvd player which isn't a huge deal its just i can only manually change the aspect ratio to 4:3 and 16:9 but not 40:17 witch allot of movies are playing in now, now is there any way i can either set to automatically have the aspect to what its supposed to be with out manually doing it with my dvd player or add the bars into the movie?

I've tried NERO also but it seems NERO is not supporting non standard/long play DVD Video burning
try TMPGEnc DVD Author,DVD LAb Pro, or "GUI for DVD Author"(freeware) which are supporting non standard DVD Video........

on aspect ratio matter,sadly you have to comply with DVD standard aspect ratio.....
"manual aspect ratio change on DVD player "or "black borders" are well known solution

another advice....
I heard that some TV has service feature which can adjust,zoom,overscan, resize manually....(40:17 enable)
this is mostly not written on the TV manual (it's only for manufacturers technician or serviceman)
try to find out (googling) what's your TV manufacturer and type....
see if they have the feature......learn how....
just be careful....
or ask nearest service station to set it up for you....

Forget Cucusoft. Do it all in Nero Vision. You can add multiple episodes, merge, create chapters, menus etc. You can also set the proper aspect ratio. You could also try DVD Flick (free).

No. As long as you have Nero, try Nero Vision the authoring/converting part of the suite.
