I am using Camtasia 3.0.2 and absolutely lost to how I should use the Codec to make my files sizes as small as possible, but as large as possible for proper viewing.

divx or xvid
or wmv but I think you need to use a separate encoder then like windows media encoder. -
Thanks for the reply. I have a couple of options to choose from: 1) AVI, 2) WMV, and 3) Divx.............I just want to select whatever the norm is so people don't need special software to view them.
Is there anyway of getting a 2 minute video with audio of my desktop (showing mouse movement and drawing lines) under 1 or 2 mb? Am I hoping for too much? Quality isn't too critical--especially of the audio. I am wanting to explain stocks using charts so they have to be able to see the charts semi-good.
