Thin DVD Case Insert Template

Anyone have a DVD template for the thin DVD Cases? Thank.

Download DVDCoverPrint. You can basically print any DVD sized template using the program. Excellent for $10

Here is one I use in photoshop. Its set up for thin cases. Free to use.

And yep I must be nuts enough to also do the disk. It looks better printed!
