    Is it possible to record from a tv/vcr combo to an external DVD recorder?? If so...can you please tell me now to do so?

    Does the TV/VCR have AV or RF outputs on the back or front ?

    If not, then there is no way to do it without pulling it apart and wiring in your own connections.

    Yep, look for either AV Out (aka Video Out) or RF Out on the back of the TV - if it's less than about 5 years old it will probably have both - and then hook that up the the inputs on your DVD Recorder. I would strongly suggest you RTFM for the TV/VCR unit and your DVD Recorder, as they should tell you exactly how to hook it all up.
