Try exporting with Toast to DV and see what you have to work with. If all is well you can have Toast author the DV to DVD.

  4. As I can see from Your info You have MPEG1 VGA file /320x240/...If You want to make VCD /Video-CD/ from it /which is the best option for You since You will not loose any quality during conversion/ navigate to "VCD" section in MPEG2 Works and use "MPEG1>VCDNTSC" or "MPEG1>VCDPAL" button depending on Your input file /PAL or NTSC?/...Then use VCD Builder app to author Your VCD from new re-converted and properly scalled .mpg file...

You can also make SVCD /Super Video-CD/ ready MPEG2 movie from Your MPEG1 file at the same section in MPEG2 Works...

If You want to make DVD ready MPEG2 file from Your MPEG1 file then You have 2 options in MPEG2 Works:

    1) You can re-convert Your MPEG1 to Half-D1 MPEG2 file under "Half-D1" section...First demultiplex Your MPEG1 under "Tools" section, then re-convert video track only and then use Sizzle to author Your DVD from .mv2 and demultiplexed audio track....

    2) Re-convert Your MPEG to full resolution MPEG2 file using DVD preset buttons under "ReplayTV" section...Then either use VIDEO_TS creating option under "REC" section in MPEG2 Works or use Sizzle for authoring DVD...You can use multiplexed MPEG file /.mpg/ as input under "ReplayTV" section...

    Check this also...

  5. Thanks all. Toast was able to do it. The replay of the TS on apple dvd was jerky but was ok on standalone dvd player. My standalone won't play VCD or SVCD.
