I would like to know which authoring software has scene detect function during capturing or when importing an existing avi file or for both ? Thanks.

maybe it could not detect a scene change because the scene change was to subtle ..
btw -- you have to tell it to do it ... it just doesnt do it on its own ..
takes a bit of time also .."Each problem that I solved became a rule which served afterwards to solve other problems." - Rene Descartes (1596-1650) -
I found it but it's incorporated in the menu function and not exact what I want - breaking down by scene for editing.Originally Posted by BJ_M
