A while ago i captured some old video-tapes to my computer. When i played them, i saw flickering in the movie.
After further diagnoses, the problem seems to be in the sequence of the frames. The audio is correct.
For example (the nrs. are frames):
1 2 3 4 12 5 6 7 8 15 9 10 11 13 14
How can i, and with which tool, cut individual frames and insert them on the correct spot? Or is there another way to correct this?
I already searched the forum but couldnīt find what i was looking for.

any video editor can do this -- but what a pain .. how about just recapture would be easier ...
