A Fix to play on my DVD

hey everyone, for the past hour and a half, I've been looking through the posts of this huge forum so maybe someone can direct me to the right path. I just want to convert my vcds to dvds to reduce the number of disks. I used isobuster then TMPGEnc and everything works fine... except it wont play on my stupid Samsung S221. I know the disk works because i tried it on my laptop with a DVDROM and it plays. A read a guide saying I have to convert to true DVD to play or something. Can someone help me out by telling me what I need. I greatly appreciate the help.
