I want to learn how to do these
they are not screen shots either of a video
i think its ripped out of a dvd and then into a gif
can any1 tell me how to produce good qaulity gifs like these?

Anyhow I looked at the images. There's a number of ways to that. The easiest would be having a app that can import video and export animated gif. files.
Ulead cool 3-d although not meant to do it will, I'd suggest .swf instead of .gif
