I do capture from VHS tape to digital. I have heard rumor of a 2x VHS player, but I have not been able to verfiy the existance. What I really want is a "setup" where I can capture regular VHS tapes at 2x real time. Obviously there are a number of implications here, but does anyone know of such a thing?
TIA.
Kurt

I highly doubt it, even if there is, you'd only get half of the frames, since NTSC only allows 29.97 frames per second, and you'd have to take your captured video and slow it down, which would give you about 15 frames per second.
Some things you can't do any faster, and video capturing is one of them. -
