Hello,
Try watching the ifo file with a dvd player software like powerdvd. Use dvd mode. Then if it plays normally the files should be compliant. Check the configuration tab to read the specificaitons. They should say mpeg2 video.
If so than you should be able to put them in a video_ts folder and burn the folder (since you have ifo and bup files already). Use a rewritable disc as a test.
