I bought discs from www.shop4tech, some cheap ones. The "sonic" ones that have the media code AN31. I had no problesm with the discs till I got to about the "middle" - end of the cake. I had 4 straight coasters with 4 different data that A) didn't play at all B) stopped about a few minutes of play C) stopped playing at the end of the disc. According to DVD info Pro the disc has more then 50 errors toward the end of the disc starting at 93% at LBA = 002028FOH. Is there antyhing I can do so that I do not keep wasting discs and get no coasters? Would a slower speed reduce the errors so they are playable? My system/software specs is AMD 2600+, WIN Sp2, ECS Mobo, DVD SHrink 3.2, Latest nero trial, BTC 1008IM Drive with v0059. Thanks for the help!

You could always only burn to around 4.0 Gig mark. Setup DVD Shrink to make the full DVD 4.0 gig instead of 4.3. Hope this helps.....
