I used to use e-mule, but it is too slow.

I can get things through bittorrent usually the same day as opposed to a week or later with emule.

This will provide you almost all of the file-sharing info , as far as programs and how to use the.

I personally think, that e-mule is generally slow. But they have the files I want.

Direct Connect I think - my mate used to use it. Its private network that you need x amount to share and x amount bandwidth speed. I've not looked into it, but if Treebeard recommends and would like to introduce me into this . . . . .

this site is beginnin to look like a good BT site, i don't think its been around that long but i dunno cuz i just found it, we all know suprnova isn't the most trustable stable sight hehe (gettin way better though)

    http://www.lokitorrent.com/torrent/index.php

edit: oh, and it also contains something that suprnova doesn't, i'll let u guys figure that out

edit2: i also get GREAT d/l speed from the torrents on this site, i guess there well seeded, usually in between 80-250 KB/s which i just don't get from suprnova

Well I just wasted 1 hour setting up this bttorrent. Everytime I try to download a file I get "problem connecting to tracker- urlopen error 10060". I guess it doesnt like my 56k modem. I think Ill stick with kazza. At least it works.

Is there any way to anonymize your connection with any of the mentioned P2P applications?

    NNTP (Usenet) - many
    IRC - bouncer (proxy)

Kazaa - direct connect to other shares (Oh NO! There goes my IP number, call to ISP- IP is connected to account, account to physical address)
Hope is the trap the world sets for you every night when you go to sleep and the only reason you have to get up in the morning is the hope that this day, things will get better... But they never do, do they?
