Well, I'm pretty sure it's not the burning that's causing you the problem. Somewhere along the line from your unknown source to DVD mpeg you've made a mistake. Please elaborate a little more than just stating the tools used, like source material and TMPGEnc settings.

"Using ffdshow" - what do you mean by that?

...and your sources are PAL too?

23.976 is NTSC. You can either encode to NTSC DVD in TMPGEnc, author as NTSC DVD, and hope that your system can play back NTSC DVD nicely (most PAL gear do!) or go thru the tedious process of frame rate conversion.

Thanks, Can I change the frame rate with TMPGE ? its a good program to do it with ?

No. Like I said, frame rate conversions require a lot more than pressing the right button in the right app. But I think I saw a guide today actually, by SatStorm, on NTSC to PAL conversion... <edit>Yes, here i is!</edit>
Basically, it involves changing the frame rate of the source to 25 fps (thus making it play a little faster) and making the audio track correspondingly shorter.
