  1. 321 studios no longer supports this product so i have a question. I am trying to make back up copies of movies I own. I occasionally have a problem where... I put in the movie.. i select all the chapters that I want in the movie ( ie. everything ) dvdxcopy then reads the movie and prepares it for burning. However sometimes it says its writing the disk.. does so for about 30 seconds, but the progress never moves and then it says "finalizing disk" and when i pull out the used to be blank dvd + or - r disk ( i have checked and it does this with all types of media ) it has wrote something to the disk, but it hasnt copied the movie to the disk. I have wasted about 5 disks on different movies and its getting a bit expansive. Does anyone know a fix for this or what is causing this?
Most of the time th movies copy just fine.. but sometimes this happens and its getting really annoying.

    Thanks

    Use dvdshrink and dvddecrypter.

They are free and easy to use.

  5. If your splitting the DVD in two do not close DVDXcopy drag the files it makes into another folder and burn it with antoher burning program like nero or copytoDVD. DVDFAB will splitDVD's in two DVD-Rs like DVDXCOPY. if you want the hole movie to fit on one DVD-R try DVDSHRINK
