I been copying my favourite You Tube videos to DVD so my mother can watch them on TV as she has no PC....
want to get the best picture and sound quality possible..so i can keep them
I down loaded the videos using free DVD videosoft YouTube Download 2.9.23.213 Avi-High Definition (MPEG4,stereo)
then i use visa DVD maker...
But all the sound leaves are differrent..some videos are very high and some very low volume....and some frame rates are not good....
can anyone help...is there a free program out there to increase or decrease the volume on a avi file

You may wish to use THIS tool
1) Download 1920x1080 or 1280x720 HD videos.
2) Convert all videos to XViD (AVI), load YOUTUBE profile.
OR SET PROFILE AS UNDER:
Profile Settings:
Video Encoder : XViD
Frame Rate : 29.97 -OR- AUTO [BETTER]
Video Sise : 640x360 (MUST TO MAINTAIN 16:9 AR)
BitRate : 2000 or whatever you like
Additional Command Line Parameter : -bf 3 -aspect 16:9
Audio Encoder : Lame 3.98 (GIVES CHOICE OF AC3 TO DVD AUTHORING S/W)
Audio Channel : 2
Audio Sampling Freq : 48000
Audio Bitrate : 320
3) Make DVD by using DVDFlick, AVStoDVD, AVI2Iso or ConvertX2DVD.
