resizing

i cut out a sengment from a 1gb clip... and i didnt notice it until now, but the segment that i cut out is way bigger that the whole clip itself (19gb) is there a way to resize it? and if so how?

Hello,

I think you uncompressed it. You could use virtualdub to redo it. Select full compression and then choose divx, xvid, etc.. to shrink it down again. Or delete and restart with the original clip. Then make sure you save it as a compressed video.
