    All my burning abilities have gone straight to hell even since I installed SP2 on my XP box...I was burning just fine w/ TMPGEnc Plus and the Authoring tool but now I just get errors messages. I tried the latest from Pegasys , XPress but I get that "character-string %.2f" error message....Now what? Uninstall SP2?

    ok, im a dork....FAT32 cap is 4gig and my file was slightly bigger...I converted a portion of a HD to NTFS and its working....we'll see...I may not have to go back to TMPGenc Plus...

    crap..I spoke to soon....It started to encode and less than 3 minutes later, I get a "read error occured at addesss xxxxx of module TMPGEnc3XP.exe with xxxxx".....
    any help here?
