No Audio

I used nero express 6 to burn a dvd-rw and the picture is great but no sound. I put all the VOB and IFO files in the VIDEO_TS folder. Does anything go in the AUDIO_TS folder? What am I missing here?

Nothing goes into the AUDIO_TS folder (usually). The problem seems to be not with NERO but with how you created your DVD folder files. Maybe you disabled all the audio streams. It would be easier if you stated what program you used.

How do you disable/enable audio streams? The program I used was Nero. I went to DVD Video and placed all the files into VIDEO_TS.

But how did you obtain/create the various files that make up the DVD.

Did you make this yourself from downloaded or home video. If so, what encoder did you use, what settings, what authoring app etc.

Does it play on the PC with or without sound or is the problem only on your standalone player?

I didn't create the files. It only plays on my PC and without sound.
