    Hello Everybody:

I'm capturing off of my TV Monitor & my picture is perfect on my TV screen, on my computer screen & even in my WinFast PVR screen that I view the movie on. I have all three adusted to very close to the same quality picture.

When I play it back it's milky, it's a little too bright & it appears not enough contrast.

Does anybody have any ideas on how to correct this?

The video should appear darker on your monitor. Don't adjust them so they all look the same but so the video on your monitor is slightly darker than your TV.

    Sorry, I left out something.

If I convert & burn to DVD, it's fine except it's a little to bright & appears to need more contrast. (Milky)

You can change the settings in Winfast PVR that will effect the capture.

I did change settings in PVR & it appears to be working right but...

While viewing the PVR capture window it's very very Dark, in fact hard to view. So it's leading me to think I need to do something else...

I think I might need to get another set of eyes locally to look at it. Maybe I have the TV to bright? The rest of family (3) says the TV pic looks great.

The way I was told to adjust the brightness is to view a normally lighted view, look at some black clothing & raise the brightness until I can see the wrinkles in the clothing. LOL, maybe I need to try another method?

    Any suggestions? I'm all Ears!
