fix a strangely broken mpeg?

greetings,

i'm having one problem, and i already spent 6 hours trying to solve it

i have this mpeg file, which plays just fine.. its 29:08 in length. but as soon as i try to demux it (bbdmux, tmpeg tools, mpeg-vcr, graphedit, ANYTHING), audio stream results fine, but video becomes 28:32 in length. as if some frames are missing.. and as such, i cant get elementary streams which would be in sync and i need them..

i tried ALL kind of different tools, even pixeltools mpegrepair, but nothing helped! video stream allways turns out to be shorter!

please help me..

p.s. i really dont want to reencode..

Have you tried running it through Restream and resetting the timestamps?

afaik, Restream only accepts elementary streams, and as i've mentioned, once i split mpeg to elementary streams, video stream is already too short it works as long as its muxed with audio..

try mpegcorrector or vcdgear, to check it for errors
