  1. I have done it many times before. suddenly I cant update the software with the newest updates without it telling me I do not have license to use the software .... I have a license key. always have.

now I have to remove all the NERO and then re-install off my disk but I cant get RECODE2 to take now.

wtf is the deal and where can I get an older version of RECODE 2?

I have had this stuff for almost a yr.never any problems till this week.

Have you contacted Nero ? If your serial number is legit then you shouldn't have any issues with them.
    If in doubt, Google it.

  3. I have a legit registered copy and I still get an error on bootup about the InCD serial number not being valid. This started when I updated to the latest version. I think their update process is unorganized and confusing, but thats just my .02

  4. I managed to find my old files that had the last download updates for the Nero 6 that I used the last time. SO I installed them with no problem including the RECODE2 update,

my serial # worked fine with it so what the heck is the problem with the new update?

It's not me and apparently I am not the only one.
like I said "it always worked before , why suddenly not with the newest one?"

and yes I have sent them a email . have not heard from them yet

  5. Have you been lax with your serial no?
Coz Ahead will ban any number it comes across being used by multiple users.

  6. No I have not been "LAX" with my number.

I have never used this on any other machine but this one. I found copies of the previous updates and installed them .

they work fine and the serial number works fine with them.

Only time I have trouble is with the newest updates>>>????????????
