Following the guide How To Use DVD Patcher to Create Mixed DVD’s
 at https://www.videohelp.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=187390, when I try to author the DVD with TMPGEnc DVD Author 1.6, it gives me an could not initialize decoder error when attempting to laod the patched file.

A solution would greatly be appreciated, thanks in advance!
