Hi, I have a strange problem, when I watch a DVD (LPCM, DD 5.1, DD 2.0) or a VCD/SVCD I only have the sound on 1 speaker (the left one) of my TV.
It's not the TV because the 2 speakers are working, the work both also with a VHS tape.
Here is a description of how all my devices are connected (I have 2 VCR, 1 analog satellite receiver, 1 dvd player). All devices are connected with scart cables.
What's wrong with all my connections ?Code:Satelite receiver -----> VCR1 (Ext2) --> TV (Ext1) VCR 2 -------------| Manual Switch -----> TV (Ext2) DVD Player---------|

Hello,
The only thing I can think of is that your stereo out cables aren't completely connected (loose). Also, are you using an rf connector to transform the audio/video cables to rf? There might be a problem with that box if your using one.

No, I don't use rf cable. All devices are connected with SCART Cables.

Hello,
Well I'm not an expert on scart cables (actually I've never seen one - being in the US I'm on the NTSC standard). One thing would be to test the dvd player directly with tv. Connect the audio outputs straight to the tv and see if it persists.
Also, do you have a digital receiver? Are the digital outputs working, ie do you get 5.1 sound?
