Say I have a PAL DVD that I want to convert to NTSC DVD. Can I use Canopus Procoder 2 to do this? Will there be a loss of quality or any other undesirable effect (audio video out of synch, etc)? Thanks.

Have you tried it yet?
I had a go, but got poor results when i viewed it on the monitor...strange banding occured. You won't get a good result using this method.
Procoder worls well for NTSC conversions if you use an AVI file.
Let me know your results.
