Hi. I have some ISOs that I would like to burn to DVDs and watch on my PS2/DVD Player, but when I tried this, I got the message "TV system does not match." Which, as far as I have been able to find out, means that the videos are PAL format.
How can I convert the ISOs to NTSC, without losing quality? I can handle losing the menus, if necessary, but I'd prefer to keep them, if possible.
Thanks.

Lots of ways: https://www.videohelp.com/convert#4;41 It's not so simple keeping the menus, though.
The 'Patch' method may be the easiest if you don't mind losing the menus. You will likely have to extract the files out of the ISO first. I use ISOBuster most times.
You can play the ISO back on a computer as is. VLC Media Player works well for that. And you should be able to check the framerate then or Gspot may be able to check the ISO for 25fps rate that tells you it's a PAL format.
