I am trying to back-up a dvd of mine using DVD shrink 3.1, however during the analyzing process I get the error "DVD SHRINK ENCOUNTERED A PROBLEM & CANNOT CONTINUE. FAILED TO READ FILE "E:..." INVALID ACCESS TO MEMORY LOCATION". Can someone please help me with my problem. Not sure why error is occurring. Also if error cannot be corrected using dvd-shrink, what other means can I use to back up my dvd?
Thanks in advance to whom reads and/or responds to my post.

Use DVD DECRYPTER to RIP IN FILE MODE first then use DVD SHRINK to compress. Or you can try a older version of DVD SHRINK like version 3.05 BETA but it doesn't have the NERO BURN built in. Here is the download for it: http://mrbass.org/dvdshrink/dvdshrinkold/
You could also try using the newest DVD SHRINK that was released today and download it from the tools section<<<<<<. I would strongly suggest using DVD DECRYPTER to RIP IN FILE MODE FIRST then use DVD SHRINK to compress.
