DVDAuthor chapter method + Spruce up menu/sub-menu creations

I love the ease of creating menus and submenus in Spruce up but the way you have to make chapters is a pain in the backside, also the lack of motion menus is restrictive.
I love the ease of making chapters in TMPGEnc DVDAuthor but I find the rigid menus impractical for most of my DVD creatrions. Can someone suggest a SIMPLE prog that has the ease of DVDAuthor chapter making and the flexibility of spruce-ups menu creation?

Hmm simple can be in the eye of the user baffled by something (at least in my case )

You could try DVD Lab which pretty much does everything (although, if you need multiple VTS ability - in order to add different resolutions, mixed full / widescreen etc) you'll need the beta of DVD Lab Pro which is currently in a testing phase
