  1. I was backing up games fine using Easy CD Creator 6 (create disc image) on a Windows XP machine but had to reinstall the operating system and all of the software. Now, I get the following message when trying to backup a game that is large. (>1GB) "Caching of files to your hard drive has failed. Please verify your layout."

    Any ideas?

If there is a better place to post PS2 questions, please say so. I did a search and there were quite a few posts here. Unfortunately, the search didn't turn up anything for my caching error message.

    Thanks.

  3. Believe it or not DVD Decrypter works real well, I use it to back of all my PS2 games. Use mode/ISO/read then use DVD Decrypter mode/ISO/write and I always burn at the slowest possible speed I can 1x.

I tried Dvd Decrypter with the ISO read write and can't get my copies to work. I'm using the same brand of dvd media that I burn for my dvd movies and these work great in my PS2. I too would appreciate any help in solving this problem. Thanks in advance.
